Brian Riley

A Co-Founder

Brian Riley has 20 years’ experience in the sales, marketing and distribution of skin and personal health products. Most recently, he has served as Executive Vice President and COO of Riley-Nacht, LLC, a skincare consulting company he co-founded with Les Riley.


Prior to the founding of these companies, Brian owned and operated Boulder Consulting, a marketing firm focused on business planning, marketing, and product development for clients in the skincare industry. Among his clients were Boston University, Department of Dermatology, and Rejuvenation Centers, Ltd., a company founded by dermatologists that sold physician strength cosmeceuticals through franchised shopping mall kiosks. Previous to that, Brian had been Managing Director of DermFirst, Inc., a start-up company that developed an innovative, internet-based order processing and distribution system for US dermatologists and plastic surgeons to sell non-prescription skincare products to their patients.


Brian has held several marketing and sales positions with leading companies in the skincare and personal health industry. As a marketer, Brian had responsibility at Medicis Pharmaceutical Corporation for the launch and overall management of TxSystems, a new business unit specializing in non-prescription dermatologicals for improving the appearance of aging skin. Brian was also involved in the launch and marketing of Medicis prescription and OTC products. Previous marketing experience was with NeoStrata Company, where Brian assisted with the domestic and international launch of a patented line of Alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) products, and managed the market research and launch of the NeoCeuticals line of treatment products that combines OTC drugs with AHAs. Brian’s sales experience includes management of sales territories for both HealthPoint, Ltd., a marketer of prescription and OTC dermatologicals, and Johnson & Johnson – Advanced Care Products, where he represented Monistat®, Micatin®, and Fact-Plus® among other personal care products.
